Unit is jamming paper from tray 2 constantly but the paper has not left the tray. From tray 1 it prints correctly. Customer is using standard A4 paper.

Please try to exchange the separation pad wall for tray 2 and then test the unit. Also perform the Advance Jam Recovery or manual snowplow several times to make sure there is no paper jams in the paper path.

Also check the customers media to make sure its supported.
